  • Steering Module Test Systems

    MB Dynamics Inc.

Steering test systems for quiet evaluation of rattle, NVH & performance issues – non-hydraulic. The MB Dynamics Steering Module Test Simulator family of technologies (SMTS) is an assembly of components and software designed to facilitate the quiet testing, development, troubleshooting, and auditing of a variety of steering gear and steering column assemblies — collectively referred to here as steering modules (including components).

  • Flying Probe Test Systems

    Terotest Systems Ltd.

Flying probe testers work by In-circuit testing the board via a number of moving test probes. They have the advantage over traditional In-circuit testers of not requiring a dedicated "bed of nails" test fixture thus reducing the price for each different board being tested. However, modern Flying Prober testers offer so much more than just In-circuit testing. They enable the user to combine In-circuit, AOI, Functional, Device Programming and Boundary Scan testing, in one test system.

  • Miniature Vibration Test System

G-2 Series - Shinken Co. LTD.

The G-2 Series Miniature Vibration Test System, though compact & handy, consists of a sweep oscillator, sine controller, power amplifier and vibration generator, thus suited to a variety of applications; calibration of sensors, standardized vibration tests for small parts, school teaching materials and modal analysis. The G-2002 is handy, with all the composed units being incorporated in a portable case.

  • Cable Test Vans and Systems

    BAUR Prüf- und Messtechnik GmbH

Precise cable fault location, testing of new and diagnostic testing of existing cable routes – the BAUR cable test vans are suitable for any operation. Fast and reliable. Exactly adapted to individual requirements and predefined vehicle systems.

  • Phase Noise Test System

    PN9000 System - Noise eXtended Technologies S.A.S.

The PN9000 is a simple and fast Automatic Phase Noise Test System covering a very wide frequency range. Its modular architecture allows optimum configuration, multiple measurement techniques and future growth in a NIST tested instrument.

  • Switching System Test Tools

    eBIRST - Pickering Interfaces Ltd.

The eBIRST toolset consists of three different tools that support 200-pin LFH, 78-pin and 50-pin connectors and a set of adaptors that allow connection to other connector types. A supplied application program controls the eBIRST tools via a USB2 port that also provides the tool power and controls the switching system using a Test Definition File to define the test sequence. These tools work by measuring the path resistance at the switching system external connectors using four-wire measurements, quickly establishing whether the path is good, has increased resistance or has failed. Below are links to various eBIRST tool information:

  • Low Resistance Test System

    9100-2 - Palico Instrument Laboratories

The Model 9100-2 measures the resistance of single or multiple battery separators quickly and accurately when used with our Model 9000-9100 Electrolyte Test Bath. This system uses a 4-terminal measurement technique which cancels the effects of electrode/electrolyte potentials.

  • Suspension Component Test Systems

    MB Dynamics Inc.

Acoustic quality, vehicle dynamics and stability, and driver comfort play an increasingly important role in the development of new chassis and suspension systems – both passive and active. Noises in suspension components can cause customer dissatisfaction and lead to high warranty costs and are difficult to diagnose especially on historically-used, noisy hydraulic test rigs. The MB Suspension Component Test Rig (SCTR) enables dynamic simulation of real road excitations and synthesized waveforms, performing industry-standard Force-Velocity and Force-Displacement tests and low speed friction tests, and assessing other NVH and structure-borne noises for comprehensive performance characterization and sound and vibration analyses on a wide variety of chassis components.

  • Transmission Performance/Endurance Test System

    Ono Sokki

This system is suitable for vehicle drive test with only the transmission unit in combination with the real-time model calculation by the measurement/control panel and low inertial motor. Simulation test of an actual vehicle running condition can be executed by modeling engines, tires or vehicles other than transmission. The engines, tires and vehicles are modeled by MATLAB® / Simulink®, so they can be evaluated under various conditions by changing parameters or replacing models.

  • Engine Performance/Endurance Test System

    Ono Sokki

Various types of test system as follows can be built up in combination with measurement control equipment and peripheral instruments (fuel flow meters, actuators, temperature control device, combustion analysis system, ECU monitor, OBD, sound and vibration measurement instruments, emission analyzer, smoke meter etc.)·Traveling fuel economy test·Gas emission test·Output performance test·Deterioration/endurance test·Combustion analysis·Sound source probing

  • Ionic Contamination Test Systems

    CM+ Series - Gen3 Systems Limited

The Contaminometer (CM+ Series) system was originally developed by Protonique, the business of industry guru Brian Ellis. They also featured in the early development programmes of "cleanliness measurement" carried out by the US Department of Defense at China Lake in the 1970s. Historically, International Standard IPC-J-STD001 stated that assemblies be cleaned to a value of <1.5µg/cm2 of NaCl equivalence. However, the new design is linked to the introduction of the new process control metric introduced by Gen3 Systems: Process Ionic Contamination Testing. The CM+ Series measure the amount of ionic contamination in accordance with all existing test methods, often referred to as ROSE testing, as well as the new PICT test.
